By accessing Zefoy.net.pk, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are provided to help Pakistani creators understand and improve their social media engagement through automated server-side processing.
1. Acceptable Use
Users must use our tools in a way that is consistent with the community guidelines of TikTok and the laws of Pakistan. You agree not to use Zefoy for:
- Promoting illegal content or hate speech.
- Spamming or overloading our Pakistani server nodes (KHI, LHE, ISB).
- Misrepresenting your identity or ownership of a TikTok account.
2. Service Guarantee
While we strive for 100% uptime in 2026, Zefoy provides services on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee that the delivery of followers, views, or likes will be permanent, as social media algorithms are subject to change without notice.
3. Limitation of Liability
Zefoy Pakistan shall not be held liable for any account restrictions, shadowbans, or content removals performed by TikTok. Users utilize our growth automation at their own discretion and risk.
4. Intellectual Property
The Zefoy name, logo, and the custom automation scripts used on our 2026 server nodes are the property of Zefoy.net.pk. Unauthorized duplication of our code or design is prohibited.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
